Project Management:
Often simply having an onsite inspector does not get the quality required. Bili International provides Bili International has the experience and ability to set up or supervise the complete manufacturing process beyond the standard ISO system. ISO is a quality management standards system based on the quality management principles. It is an excellent system if followed correctly. The problem is most facilities here, or any where in the world just don’t follow the program. The program takes time and effort, quality takes time and effort. Most factories here have some kind of ISO certification but few put any of it into practice, they can’t see the value at the end of the day.
Our project managers ensure that an appropriate a management system is applied or we help them develop one specific to your needs. We hire and train managers to ensure they are knowledgeable on your products and fully understand the manufacturing processes that make for consistent quality. It’s about having an appropriate management system and skilled managers working the system.
Bili has a fully equipped work shop with welders and various tools and equipment for training staff and or suppliers. We often bring welders, mechanics, maintenance workers and or managers there to show them “how to” use the right materials, tools and or equipment properly to explain processes and or illustrate the quality issues and solve the problems. Bili doesn’t just reject product and walk away we intend to educate what the quality problem is, why it happened and provide solutions to permanently solve the problem.
Bili is also a fully licensed Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) that can hire full or part-time employees to be onsite while our foreign managers supervise to ensure work is processed right.
